Your continued use of our website, following any amendments made to our terms of use, constitutes acceptance of our new terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to our terms of use, following future amendments, please refrain from visiting and/or using our websites. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
2. While all users of our websites are subject to our terms of use, those that buy goods and services via Inetzeal will also be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
3. You agree that you are fully liable for your behavior and/or actions on Inetzeal's websites and that your use of our website is in keeping with the law within your legal territory. You also agree that you are no longer permitted to use/visit our website in the instance where the law in your legal territory alters, rendering use our website illegal.
   
   Limitation of Liability
4. Inetzeal's content, graphics, text and other forms of media, including information regarding products and services, is provided "as is" without any, express or implied, representations or warranties made as they relate to accuracy of information, security and compatibility, as well as suitability for a given purpose.
5. Under no circumstances does Inetzeal accept liability for any losses or damages caused by use of our websites. This includes, but is not limited to, losses or damages caused by data loss, loss of business (including anticipated business), loss of goodwill, loss caused to third parties or any consequential, indirect or exemplary losses that are caused by use of our websites.
6. Inetzeal make no guarantees with regards to the web server being free of bugs, viruses or other malicious software. There is also no guarantees with regards to accuracy of information and/or providing an uninterrupted service.
   
   Copyright and Intellectual Property
7. All copyright assets displayed on Inetzeal's websites, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos and other forms of media, belong to Inetzeal and other third-party copyright holders where applicable. Nothing contained in these terms, or information contained on our websites, should imply a right or license to use any copyright asset, trademark, patent or design without the express written consent of the relevant copyright holder.

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Definitions.
   "Inetzeal", "our", "we" refers to Inetzeal Inc, a company with offices at iNetZeal, Inc., Suite 103, Premier Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.
2. "You", "your", "customer", "client", refers to the entity that is contracting with Inetzeal Inc.
3. "Submission", "submitted", "submit" refers to the sending, or uploading, of information with the intention of "putting information forward for consideration" that may, or may not, aid our clients business objectives - when used in the context of the business products/services that Inetzeal provide. Submission is fundamentally different from acceptance, and does not imply that the information put forward for consideration will be acted upon.
4. "Output", "work", refers to the products and/or services that Inetzeal provide to their clients. This includes, but is not limited to, submissions, link building, content writing services and SEO services.

General Terms.

1. Inetzeal and the client submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Seychelles courts.
2. Any deviations from this contract must be agreed by both parties in writing prior to becoming applicable.
3. The terms contained herein apply to all contractual dealings between Inetzeal and the client where the client is buying products/services from Inetzeal.

Responsibilities of Inetzeal.

1. Inetzeal are responsible for completing the amount of submissions/work that have been agreed with the client prior to the initiation of the project, subject to all client responsibilities being fulfilled. In the instance where payment is not made by the client, per our prior arrangement, Inetzeal are not liable for completing submissions and/or work.
2. Inetzeal shall act in good faith and will, where reasonably possible, act to protect our clients business interests during the completion of work.

Responsibilities of Client.

1. The client must complete payment as agreed prior to the commencement of work.
2. The client is fully liable for the work that Inetzeal complete and for any loss that they believe they have incurred as a direct or indirect result of contracting with Inetzeal. This includes, but it not limited to, loss of revenue, good will or anticipated profits.
3. The client may not cancel their work after entering into a contract for a specific product or service offered by Inetzeal. Inetzeal may, as an act of good faith, allow customers to cancel their contract or get a full or partial refund at their sole discretion. Clients must act in good faith at all times.
   
   Email stationary.
   Any quotations or offers provided by Inetzeal Inc are subject to our standard terms of service. iNetZeal, Inc., Suite 103, Premier Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. Inetzeal Inc reserves the right to monitor and record email messages sent to and from this address.
   
   The information contained herein is confidential and is intended for the addressee only. If you have received this message in error please notify the originator immediately. The unauthorized use, disclosure, or alteration of this message is strictly forbidden. Inetzeal will not be liable for direct, special, indirect or consequential damages arising from alteration of the contents of this message by a third party or as a result of any virus being passed on.
