A. Absolutely not; you really don't need a website. All you need is a valid physical business address, email address and phone number. You can also provide OPTIONAL information about products and services you offer, parking facilities, business operating times, coupon codes, shopping tips, payment information, the logo of your business, and Facebook and Twitter pages, etc. On the sign-up page, you will be asked about this information.
Q. Will you give me access to all accounts that you create for me?
A. Yes, we provide detailed reports, including the sites where we listed your business and account information. You can also try an optional maintenance package to maintain those profiles.
Q. Can I provide pseudo information while submitting the order?
A. We recommend providing a valid address while submitting your order. Several websites (e.g. Google Places) may even send postal mail to verify your business address.
Q. I have multiple business locations; how can I use your service?
A. It is possible to list your business for each business address you have. However, our packages allow only one business address per sign-up, so you'd need to sign up packages according to the number of business addresses you have. You can also contact us for a custom quote if you have more than four business locations.
Q. My business is already listed on several local business websites.
A. If you can provide us with the names of these sites where your business is already listed, we can skip listing your business there. You can get discount for that. There must be at least 5 sites to get discount.
