There are about 45 to 55% directories which send automated emails to "confirm" your submission. You may receive emails from such directories if you provided your main email as "submission email".

Since they're automated emails, there is no need to review them. In other words, there is no action required from your side.

We strongly suggest our customers to NOT provide their "main email address" as submission email since you may get hundreds of emails (and often junk emails) once we submit your site to those directories. We recommend to provide email which is not important or "specially created for this purpose"
